What the test uses
You choose an age range and provide a photo. The reading uses visible facial features and the age range you select. We do not use the photo to identify you. A face reading is a symbolic interpretation and not a medical assessment.
Five Element test
The separate Five Element test uses visible face-shape observations from one photo plus three answers you choose about build, voice and walking style. The photo is not used to evaluate your body, voice or movement. During the current test, a compressed copy stays in this browser tab so the result page can create your photo share card by default. It is not saved in this site's server database and disappears with the browser session.
In the current sample preview
Your selected photo is processed in your browser to prepare a preview. It is not sent to our analysis server. The sample results are generated locally and saved only in this browser tab, where you can reopen them during the session. No email is sent from sample mode.
Local vision testing
When a developer configures only the vision API in the local development environment, a photo can be sent to that provider for a real observation. This site does not save the photo or report on its server in this mode. The report is kept in the current browser tab, and no email is sent. The vision provider's own data retention policy still applies.
When live analysis is enabled
The selected photo will be sent securely to this site's analysis endpoint and to the configured vision provider for processing. This site does not save the photo. It saves the resulting observations, age range, report snapshot, creation date and a random report access ID for up to 90 days. The final provider, any downstream model provider, and their applicable retention and processing terms must be confirmed and listed here before public launch.
If you enter your email to unlock a live report, it will be sent to the configured email delivery provider with your report link. Marketing email is a separate, optional choice. Delivery messages may still be sent when you do not opt in to marketing. The provider, retention period and deletion procedure must be added before this feature goes live.
Share cards
The Five Element result defaults to a photo card made in your browser from the test selfie. You can switch to the illustrated card before saving or sharing. A saved photo card shows your face to anyone you choose to share it with; neither card includes your private result link.
Usage events
The site can record anonymous step names, such as starting a test or generating a story card, to measure where the reading flow needs improvement. These events contain no photo, email address, report text or report access link. The final analytics provider will be listed here before public launch.
Access and deletion
Anyone holding your report link may view the unlocked report. Keep it private. The report expires after 90 days in the current implementation. A contact method for access and deletion requests will be added before public launch.
Safety
Photos are not included in application logs by design. No photo is used as an advertising asset or training example by this site. Third-party processing follows the provider's applicable terms and policies.
