What the test uses
You choose an age range and provide a photo. The reading uses visible facial features and the age range you select. We do not use the photo to identify you. A face reading is a symbolic interpretation and not a medical assessment.
Five Element test
The separate Five Element test uses visible face-shape observations from one photo plus three answers you choose about build, voice and walking style. The photo is not used to evaluate your body, voice or movement. During the current test, a compressed copy stays in this browser tab so the result page can create your photo share card by default. It is not saved in this site's server database and disappears with the browser session.
Facial data
This experience is for adults age 18 and older. Your selected photo is sent securely to EvoLink, a third-party visual analysis service, solely to create the visible facial observations used by the current symbolic reading. Feng Shui Face does not store uploaded photos or facial-analysis results in its server database. The result remains temporarily in the current browser tab so you can view and save it.
Feng Shui Face does not use the photo or result for facial recognition, identity verification, AI-model training, targeted advertising, sale, rental, or profiling for later marketing. We disclose the photo only to the visual-analysis service needed to provide the reading, or when legally required.
EvoLink informed us in writing that it temporarily retains images and generated results for 24–72 hours, does not use inputs or outputs to train or improve models, and processes requests in the United States. EvoLink may route GPT requests to OpenAI or Microsoft Azure OpenAI. EvoLink states that those API providers do not use API inputs or outputs for model training by default. The current tests do not require an email address to view the complete result. If you contact [email protected] for support, suggestions, privacy requests, or product interest, your email and message are used to respond to that request.
Consent records
Before analysis, you must separately check the facial-analysis consent and the eligibility confirmation. Feng Shui Face keeps a minimal consent receipt for up to five years to document both choices. The receipt contains a random ID, test type, timestamp, consent-text version and both texts shown at the time. It does not contain your name, email, photo, facial observations, result, IP address or device information.
Share cards
The Five Element result defaults to a photo card made in your browser from the test selfie. You can switch to the illustrated card before saving or sharing. A saved photo card shows your face to anyone you choose to share it with; neither card includes your private result link.
Usage events
The site may record anonymous step names, such as starting a test or generating a story card, to measure where the reading flow needs improvement. These events contain no photo, email address, report text or report access link.
Access and deletion
The current tests do not create a server-stored report history or reusable report link. Closing the browser tab may remove the result from that browser session. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
Safety
Photos are not included in Feng Shui Face application logs by design. Third-party processing is performed through EvoLink in the United States and follows EvoLink's and its applicable upstream provider's terms and policies.
